Payment

All prices on the website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where appropriate.

Payment can be made with credit or debit card quickly and securely through Paypal, a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide in 24 different currencies. 

Payments can also be sent straight to our New Zealand bank account by direct credit. Please deposit the full amount of the purchase into our bank account, ensuring you include the invoice number as the deposit reference.

Delivery

We've been trading for 10 years and not increased our prices in that time. Postage has doubled in that time so I'm sorry but it's now necesssary to charge for postage.

 Within NZ

• Shipping via NZ Post Parcel Post,  is  a tracked service .
• Due to Covid-19 disruptions, please allow at least10 working days to receive your order

Internationally 

• Due to Covid-19  INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY is severely affected. IT has taken 11 weeks to get a puzzle to Canada. 7 weeks to get to England and between 7-9 weeks to get to Australia.
• Our puzzles are sent with NZ post, and are NOT tracked; tracking puts the cost of postage way above the cost of the puzzle.
• Packaging and shipping costs have just been seriously increased by NZ post.
• They are listed below (No GST). If you can't find the information you need below please contact us and we will provide a customised shipping quote.

Shipping is subsidised by us as the actual cost is prohibitive ($40 to UK, Europe, $43 to America and elsewhere, $22 to Australia).

Our price for postage per 1000 or 500 piece puzzle: Australia $15, Europe, USA/Canada and the Rest of the world $25.

We offer complimentary Gift Wrapping and a short message from you for no extra charge!
